The coastal resort of Neßmersiel is located in the northwest of Lower Saxony, directly opposite the East Frisian islands of Baltrum and Norderney. Neßmersiel has about 400 inhabitants. The seaside resort is the smallest on the East Frisian North Sea coast. There is no stress and no hustle and bustle here. But instead there are rushing North Sea waves and seemingly endless green meadows and dikes. Here in the countryside, the clocks tick a little slower. When you arrive, you automatically adapt to the typical North German serenity. Yes, and in Neßmersiel it still exists, the cosy, contemplative holiday idyll. If you want to dangle your soul on holiday and simply dive in – Neßmersiel is perfect for your time out in nature. Neßmersiel is protected by the dikes and offers the walker an unforgettable panorama both from the seaside with the islands of Baltrum, Norderney and Langeoog and from the mainland. The Norderney lighthouse is a trademark of the area. The North Sea, dikes, meadows and mud flats offer the holidaymaker pure nature. The small red-roofed Frisian houses convey a feeling of security and serenity.

What we particularly like about Neßmersiel is that it is small and manageable and the little ones can discover the big world here without a care in the world.
Whether the playground on the doorstep or the indoor playground “Sturmfrei” – we love our holidays in Neßermsiel with our children. Because they can romp around everywhere, experience something and have fun.
But parents’ relaxation time is also taken care of: with yoga on the dike or wellness treatments in the Well-Neßmersiel – everyone gets their money’s worth here.
